This basic kit is a standard 40M long sensor cable with all clips and electronics and includes alarmable self diagnosis of disconnect, short circuit and broken cable. The water alarm can be set from damp to full submersion. Use around the periphery and snake across both floor and ceilings for total water detection.

We have had a problem as our server room is two floors below groud level with toilets above. Water leaks are not infrequent. This is an essential sensor.
